Singer Kyuhyun’s agency is stepping up to fight back against harmful online attacks after he faced heavy criticism on the Netflix show ‘The Devil’s Plan: Death Room’.
On June 4, Kyuhyun’s agency Antenna shared an official statement on their social media, saying they have found many posts that go beyond free speech and damage Kyuhyun’s reputation.
These include false rumors, hateful comments, and even sexual harassment.
Antenna explained that these malicious messages not only hurt Kyuhyun but also his fans emotionally.
The agency is now preparing strong legal measures based on the evidence they have collected and warned they will take further legal steps if defamation continues.
Kyuhyun recently attended a photo session for his first full-length album’s listening event on May 27 at CGV Cheongdam Cine City in Gangnam, Seoul.
During the Netflix variety show, Kyuhyun teamed up with Jung Hyun Gyu and Yoon So Hee but did not receive much public support, which sparked a wave of negative comments online.
