• BabyMonster Ahyeon wows everyone with shadow abs — here’s how she keeps fit now

BabyMonster’s Ahyeon caught everyone’s eyes with her deep, well-defined abs that even had shadows.

On May 22, BabyMonster traveled from Incheon International Airport to Hong Kong as part of their world tour.

Ahyeon showed off her slim waist wearing denim and a white sleeveless crop top. Her clear abs, highlighted by shadows, made her look even more striking.

Fans noticed her “one-span waist” and very real “angry abs,” proof of her long years of strict self-care and training. But Ahyeon is not just about looks—she is known for her amazing vocal skills too. At the 2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon, she surprised everyone by hitting a perfect live high note that stretched across 3 octaves (G#).

Before debuting with BabyMonster, Ahyeon trained for six years at YZ Entertainment. She once revealed that she used to do 800 ab exercises a day. Later on a variety show, she explained that such intense exercise could harm her back. Now, she keeps her abs strong by doing ab workouts for just 7 minutes, with 1-minute sets of different moves.

BabyMonster recently finished their 2025 Baby Monster First World Tour Hello Monsters in Singapore on May 17 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Their world tour continues with stops in Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and Taipei.
