• BTS V, Jungkook, and actor Song Kang show off their impressive muscle gains at the gym

The latest workout updates from BTS members V, Jungkook, and actor Song Kang have been taking the internet by storm.

On the afternoon of May 3, bodybuilder Choi Han Jin shared several selfies with V, Jungkook, and Song Kang on his personal social media account.

He expressed his admiration, saying, “It’s amazing to see these two young men, who I always watch in videos, right in front of me. Their calm yet strong energy and the focus they have in their workouts show their sincerity. And on top of that, their muscle strength is impressive.”

Choi Han Jin went on to praise their hard work, stating, “You can tell from their bodies how diligently they’ve been training, even during their military service. Without needing to say a word, I could see it in their physiques. If my routine worked well for them, I’ll keep it the same next time.”

In the photos, both V and Jungkook posed to show off their impressive arm muscles while gazing into the mirror.

Fans couldn’t help but notice their noticeably bulked-up physiques, which stand out even more compared to before their military service.

V especially surprised fans with his more mature, masculine appearance, leaving global fans who were used to his youthful look in awe.

For context, V enlisted on December 11, 2023, and is set to be discharged on June 10, 2025. Jungkook enlisted just a day later, on December 12, 2023, and will complete his service on June 11, 2025.

Interestingly, RM will finish his service alongside V, while Jimin will be discharged with Jungkook on the same day.

Meanwhile, Song Kang, who enlisted in April 2024, will be discharged on October 1, 2025.

  • Tomorrow X Together (TXT) shock fans by hitting No. 1 in Japan with 'Love Language' while on tour—only K-pop act in top 5

Tomorrow X Together (TXT) is once again showing their global power!

On May 4, BigHit Music announced that TXT’s latest digital single “Love Language” had climbed to No. 1 on Line Music Japan’s ‘Top 100 Songs’ daily chart, just a day after its release.

The song debuted at No. 12 on May 2 and jumped 11 spots to grab the top spot on May 3. Over on Oricon’s ‘Daily Digital Single Ranking’, the song also ranked high at No. 2, making TXT the only international artist to rank in the top 5 on both major Japanese charts.

But TXT’s success isn’t just limited to Japan. “Love Language” also topped iTunes ‘Top Songs’ charts in nine countries and regions, including Japan, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Portugal. The track also charted high on the Worldwide iTunes Songs chart, standing proudly alongside songs by global pop giants.

Love Language is a sweet and emotional track that compares love to learning a new language. TXT members express the desire to understand someone they care about, even when it’s not easy to communicate.

The song is especially meaningful because the group dropped it as a surprise gift for fans during their ongoing world tour, ‘ACT : PROMISE’ – EP. 2.

Fans are going wild over the song’s catchy vibes, sharp group choreography, and one unforgettable moment where the members briefly lift their shirts, showing their abs—a performance detail that’s gone viral across fan communities.

TXT is clearly not slowing down, and Love Language is another major step in their rise as a global K-pop powerhouse.
