• Jung Woo Sung Involved in New Controversy Over Alleged Flirty Instagram Messages

Actor Jung Woo Sung is once again at the center of controversy as alleged direct messages (DMs) he sent to a non-celebrity woman have surfaced online.

On November 26, several online communities began sharing screenshots of Instagram DMs supposedly exchanged between Jung Woo Sung and a woman identified as "A."

In the messages, the individual, believed to be Jung Woo Sung, started the conversation by complimenting A’s “cool profession.” When A questioned, “You weren’t hacked, right?” the person responded, “No, I saw your feed and thought you seemed like someone who enjoys and excels in their work. I held back for a while but decided to say hello.”

As the exchange continued, the messages became more personal, with the individual sharing scenic photos and details about their daily life. After a couple of days, the individual reportedly asked, “Can I share my number with you?” and offered their contact information, suggesting they continue the conversation through text.

The alleged DMs reportedly date back to 2021 or earlier, during the filming of The Silent Sea, a Netflix original series produced by Jung Woo Sung.

This comes on the heels of recent revelations involving Moon Ga Bi, who broke her social media silence to announce her pregnancy and childbirth.

It was later revealed that Jung Woo Sung is the biological father of her child, which led to a public stir. Despite his confirmation to support the child financially, Jung Woo Sung has not expressed intentions to marry.

The controversy deepened when it was reported that Jung Woo Sung was in a long-term relationship with another non-celebrity woman, who was allegedly shocked to learn about his child with Moon Ga Bi. Additionally, affectionate sticker photos of Jung Woo Sung with yet another woman, believed to be a non-celebrity, have circulated online.

Regarding these allegations, including confirmation of his paternity, Jung Woo Sung's representatives have stated they are “unable to verify” the claims at this time.

  • Lee Jun Young says he felt guilty and cried after acting mean to a grandma in 'Brave Citizen'

Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

“I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

“In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
