NewJeans is on a roll, setting new records on Spotify and proving their worldwide popularity once again!
According to Spotify on November 11, NewJeans' Japanese debut single, "Supernatural," has now hit over 100 million streams, reaching 100,068,248 streams as of November 9.
This comes just after "ETA," a title track from their second EP Get Up, surpassed 300 million streams, marking it as the group’s seventh song to hit this milestone.
Both songs gained massive international popularity right after their release. "Supernatural," which came out in June, topped Japanese and Korean music charts and stayed on the U.S. Billboard Global Song Chart for 14 weeks straight, showing its long-lasting appeal.
Meanwhile, "ETA," which was released last July, quickly shot to the top of Korean music charts and even charted on the Billboard Hot 100.
Recently, it has seen a comeback on social media, helping it climb back up on the charts, reaching No. 1 in K-pop on Apple Music.
NewJeans now has 14 songs with over 100 million streams on Spotify. Among these, "OMG" leads with 700 million streams, followed by "Ditto," "Super Shy," and "Hype Boy," each with over 600 million, and "Attention" with over 400 million. Their overall streams have now surpassed a huge 5.4 billion!
