Son Tae Jin is making waves on the music scene right after his comeback!

According to the album sales tracking site Hanteo Chart, Son Tae Jin’s first full-length album, SHINE, sold over 100,000 copies in its first week, from October 28 to November 3. This achievement marks his highest first-week sales ever!

The album SHINE highlights Son Tae Jin’s incredible musical talent and artistic style. The title is inspired by his fanbase, called "SonShine," and it delivers warm messages and comfort to his fans, who have responded with excitement.

In SHINE, Son Tae Jin shows off his versatility by exploring different musical genres. Thanks to his hard work, all three title tracks—"Mask," "Flower," and "Call You"—made their way onto the Melon HOT100 chart right after their release.

Additionally, on the Bugs music chart, all three title tracks and other songs took over the top seven spots, a feat known as "chart domination." This proves how much interest and excitement there is around Son Tae Jin’s music.

Son Tae Jin is also engaging fans through various content on his official YouTube channel. He has shared a cheer video for "Call You," which he helped compose, along with a live clip for "Mask."

Looking ahead, Son Tae Jin will kick off his 2024 Son Tae Jin Solo Concert: The Showcase tour, starting in Seoul on November 9 and 10.

After Seoul, he plans to perform in other cities like Daejeon, Daegu, and Busan. The Seoul concert sold out quickly, showcasing Son Tae Jin's amazing popularity!

BTS member Jin made everyone laugh on the May 15 episode of tvN’s Handsome Guys with his funny and “tiny” way of sharing food.

In episode 23, Jin joined Cha Tae Hyun, Kim Dong Hyun, Lee Yi Kyung, Shin Seung Ho, and Olympic fencer Oh Sang Uk on a food tour around Hannam-dong.

The group was trying out good lunch and dinner spots for busy office workers, and Jin came along as a special guest.

During their tour, Jin introduced the cast to his favorite cold noodle place. The “Dried Pollack Soup Team,” which included Lee Yi Kyung, Shin Seung Ho, and Oh Sang Uk, wanted to taste what Jin ordered—but what they got totally surprised them!

Instead of giving them a big bite, Jin handed out the tiniest pieces. He gave one noodle strand to Lee Yi Kyung, one cucumber slice to Shin Seung Ho, and a tiny bit of egg yolk to Oh Sang Uk. Everyone burst into laughter at Jin’s playful way of sharing.

Oh Sang Uk jokingly said, “This is too much,” but Jin replied with a smile, “Why? Egg yolk is really good. It soaked up all the broth. Just try it.”

As Oh Sang Uk looked at the small piece, he laughed and said, “It kind of looks like a booger.” Jin, trying not to laugh, asked, “Isn’t it tasty?” Lee Yi Kyung chimed in, “It’s not about the taste, it just feels… strange.”

To make things lighter, Shin Seung Ho added, “At least the three of us got different things,” and Jin joked back, “See? I gave you each a personalized bite.”

Fans loved Jin’s sweet yet funny way of sharing food—and the way he turned a tiny bite into a big moment of laughter.
