• Lee Joo Myung to Star Alongside Song Joong Ki and Chun Woo Hee in "My Youth"

    Actor Lee Joo Myung is set to shine in a new role in the upcoming drama My Youth (working title). Produced by High Zium Studio, Lee will take on the character of Mo Tae-rin, a popular actress who began her journey in the entertainment industry as a child actor. Viewers can expect an emotional romance as she brings her character to life.

    My Youth tells the touching story of Sun Woo-hae (played by Song Joong Ki), who starts living a normal life a little later than most, and Seong Je-yeon (played by Chun Woo Hee), who has to shake things up with her first love for her own success. The drama explores how the two characters reunite with their first love after enduring tough times, creating a beautiful narrative of youthful energy more than ten years later.

    In the drama, Lee Joo Myung will portray Mo Tae-rin, who is managed by Seong Je-yeon. Mo Tae-rin, a "motae" (a person born into the entertainment world), has grown from a child star to a successful adult actress. A surprising twist in the story brings her back together with her school-day first love, raising excitement among fans for the unique romance that Lee will present as Mo Tae-rin.

    Lee Joo Myung has recently been making waves in both film and television. She has shown off her wide-ranging talents in various projects like National Wife, Missing: They Were There, Kairos, Check the Event, and Twenty-Five Twenty-One, earning praise for her ability to immerse herself in different characters. Most recently, she impressed audiences with her delicate acting in the ENA drama Flowers Bloom in the Sand and the film Pilot.

    My Youth is directed by Lee Sang-yeob, known for hits like Yumi’s Cells, The Wife I Know, and Shopping King Louie, with a script by Park Si-hyun, who gained attention for the drama Run On. Fans can look forward to this exciting new drama, which is set to air in 2025!

    BTS's V is making his fans fall even more in love with him as he shares moments from his life just 40 days before his military discharge.

    On April 30, V posted several new photos on his Instagram story, giving fans a sneak peek into his daily routine.

    Among the photos was a beautiful shot of cherry blossoms, accompanied by the word "cherry blossom" as he expressed his longing for spring.

    He followed up with more photos, sharing how much he wanted to enjoy the season with his fans.

    To make the post even more special, V added background music from BTS member J-Hope's song Sweet Dreams and Design by the American punk band Gustav.

    It turns out that Gustav was grateful for V introducing their music to the world and even received fan comments saying they discovered the band through him.

    In another adorable photo, V posed with CF director Ray J. Yi (Lee Jun Yeob), with flowers in his hair. The director also shared the cute photo, adding the word "flower" to express how happy he was with the moment.

    But it wasn’t all about flowers and beauty—V also gave fans a peek at his workout routine. He proudly showed off his toned arm muscles in a picture, though his face appeared a little thinner.

    This is likely due to his diet, as he’s been working hard to maintain his figure ahead of his discharge. Before enlisting, V weighed 62 kg, and during his service, he reached 86 kg. Now, he’s lost 10 kg and is preparing for his return to the public eye.

    Interestingly, V has been working out at the same place where singer Kim Jong Kook films his popular YouTube channel Jim Jong Kook, sparking fan excitement and hopes that V might make an appearance on the show after he’s discharged.
