BTS’s Jungkook has reached a major milestone with his solo album 'GOLDEN'! The album has surpassed an incredible 4.5 billion streams on Spotify, the largest music streaming platform in the world. Released last November, 'GOLDEN' continues to break records and make history.
Jungkook's 'GOLDEN' achieved this remarkable feat faster than any other studio album by an Asian artist on Spotify. It is also the first album by an Asian solo artist to reach 4.5 billion streams, marking a significant achievement in Spotify's history. Just this year, 'GOLDEN' has recorded over 2.3 billion streams.
The album features eight songs that have each surpassed 100 million streams. These include hits like 'Seven,' '3D,' 'Standing Next to You,' 'Yes or No,' 'Please Don't Change,' 'Hate You,' 'Closer to You,' and 'Somebody.'

Recently, 'GOLDEN' made history again by being the first and only album by an Asian artist to have two tracks that exceeded 900 million streams. The song 'Seven' is breaking records for being the fastest to reach 100 million, 900 million, 1 billion, and 1.1 billion streams on Spotify, and it’s now nearing 2 billion!
Other tracks from the album are also doing well: 'Standing Next to You' has 960 million streams, '3D' has 680 million, 'Yes or No' has 210 million, 'Please Don't Change' has 130 million, 'Hate You' has 120 million, 'Closer to You' has 110 million, 'Somebody' has 100 million, 'Too Sad to Dance' has 100 million, and 'Shot Glass of Tears' has over 100 million streams.
'GOLDEN' is on a record-breaking journey, remaining on Spotify's 'Weekly Top Albums Global' chart for an impressive 50 consecutive weeks. This makes it the longest-running album by an Asian solo artist, showcasing Jungkook's massive global appeal!
