BTS member Jungkook continues to make history with his solo album GOLDEN, setting a new record for Asian solo artists.
According to Spotify's latest chart (October 11–17), Jungkook's first solo album GOLDEN, released last November, ranked 31st on the "Weekly Top Albums Global" chart. Since its release, the album has stayed in the top 40 for an impressive 50 consecutive weeks.
With this achievement, Jungkook became the first Asian solo artist to reach 50 consecutive weeks on the "Weekly Top Albums Global" chart, breaking the record for the longest time spent by an Asian soloist.
In addition, two of Jungkook's songs also ranked on the "Weekly Top Songs Global" chart for the same period.

His solo single "Seven" placed 44th, while GOLDEN's title track "Standing Next to You" ranked 129th. Both tracks have shown strong staying power, with "Seven" charting for 67 weeks and "Standing Next to You" for 49 weeks.
Even while serving in the military, Jungkook became the first K-pop soloist to spend 500 days on Spotify's "Weekly Top Artists Global" chart, proving his immense global impact and continued success as a solo artist.
