• BLACKPINK's Rosé: “I Can't Believe I Made a Song About Drinking Games” – Reasons for Deleting the New Track

BLACKPINK's Rosé has shared the interesting story behind her new song! On October 18, she released her single “APT. (ROSÉ & Bruno Mars)” along with a fun music video. This track is part of her first solo album, rosie, which is set to drop on December 6.

In a recent interview with Vogue, Rosé revealed that the song is inspired by her favorite Korean drinking game called “Apartment.” She said, “I remember the moment I was returning home from the studio. I wondered if it was okay that I wrote a song about a drinking game.” At first, she felt unsure about it and even asked her team to delete the song from her phone. However, her team loved it and couldn’t get enough of “APT. (ROSÉ & Bruno Mars).”

Rosé explained how the song came to be, saying, “The apartment game is one I really enjoy; it’s simple yet fun and perfect for lifting the mood.” She shared a memorable night in the studio when she taught her staff how to play the game. “They had so much fun, and that led to the beginning of this song. Bruno Mars joined in, and that's how the track was completed.”

What makes this song even more exciting is the amazing collaboration with Bruno Mars. He not only co-wrote and performed on the track but also appeared in the music video, creating a lot of buzz among fans.

Rosé’s upcoming album, rosie, will feature 12 tracks, all of which she helped write and compose, sharing her personal and heartfelt stories. Since debuting in 2016 as BLACKPINK's main vocalist, Rosé has established herself as a major K-pop star, achieving incredible success both in Korea and internationally.

Reflecting on her new song and the journey it took to create it, Rosé shared, “I can’t believe I made a song about drinking games, but it’s a part of who I am and my experiences. I hope people enjoy it and have fun while listening.” Fans are eagerly waiting for her album release, where they can hear more of her unique style and stories!

Park Bo Gum and Go Youn Jung’s unexpected meeting from five years ago is making waves again online!

As Netflix’s When Life Gives You Tangerines and tvN’s Resident Playbook continue to rise in popularity, fans are rediscovering a hidden gem from the past — a music video where Park Bo Gum and a rookie Go Youn Jung played a couple.

On the April 18 episode of KBS 2TV’s The Seasons – Park Bo Gum’s Cantabile, legendary singer Lee Seung Chul appeared and showed his close bond with Bo Gum, warmly introducing himself as “Bo Gum’s hyung, Seung Chul.”

While chatting with Bo Gum, Lee Seung Chul shared, “I’ve been pulling all-nighters watching When Life Gives You Tangerines. I even copied Gwan Sik’s hairstyle!”

After the episode aired, fans quickly rushed to find the music video, and it started gaining attention again.

Viewers were shocked to realize the actress beside Bo Gum was Go Youn Jung, now widely recognized for her role as Oh Eun Young in Resident Playbook.
