NewJeans' 'Supernatural' and 'How Sweet' Keep Dominating U.S. Billboard Charts

NewJeans (Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, Hyein) are continuing to make a splash on the U.S. Billboard charts, showing off their global appeal. Their Japanese debut single, "Supernatural," has now been on the "Global (excluding U.S.)" chart for eight straight weeks, currently sitting at No. 58. The song also ranks at No. 121 on the "Global 200" chart.

Their May release, "How Sweet," is doing just as well, holding onto the No. 69 spot on the "Global (excluding U.S.)" chart and No. 135 on the "Global 200."

This marks 12 consecutive weeks for "How Sweet" on the charts, highlighting its steady popularity.

Back home, NewJeans is dominating the charts. On the Melon Weekly Chart (August 12–18), "How Sweet" is firmly at No. 3, with "Supernatural" at No. 6, and "Bubble Gum" at No. 10. They have a total of three songs in the Top 10 and ten songs overall on the chart, proving their strong fanbase.

On Bugs, "Supernatural" recently climbed back to No. 1 on the real-time chart (as of 2 PM on August 20), with "How Sweet" at No. 5 and "Bubble Gum" at No. 8. Their songs are still climbing the charts even months after release.

NewJeans' success isn't limited to Korea. In Japan, they continue to shine, especially after their fan meeting at Tokyo Dome. The group has eight songs on Spotify Japan's "Weekly Top Songs" chart and five songs on Apple Music Japan's "Today's Top 100" chart, proving their lasting popularity.
