BTS’s V has reached a major milestone on Spotify, surpassing 3.3 billion streams and leading as the top K-pop soloist on the platform.

As of July 30, V has exceeded 3.3 billion total streams on Spotify.

V’s official Spotify page features his solo album Layover, drama OSTs, self-composed tracks, and collaborations.

His Spotify tracks highlight his unique musical style rather than just collaborations with global stars.

His first solo album, Layover, made history as the first K-pop solo album where every track hit over 100 million streams on Spotify.

The album also topped iTunes charts in 107 countries and all tracks reached No. 1 on Spotify’s global weekly chart, showing its worldwide success. Layover has now racked up a total of 1.75 billion streams.

Among the tracks, "Slow Dancing" reached No. 1 on iTunes in 101 countries, "Rainy Days" in 103 countries, and "Love Me Again" in 100 countries. "Sweet Night" was the first song by a global artist to top iTunes in 119 countries, while "Christmas Tree" hit No. 1 in 100 countries, "FRI (END)S" in 102 countries, and "Wherever U R" in 100 countries.

With "Inner Child" from a BTS album also reaching No. 1 in 101 countries, V has set a record with eight solo tracks hitting No. 1 in over 100 countries.

On August 6, the piano version of "Slow Dancing" and "Blue" topped the iTunes chart in Romania, and all tracks from Layover reached No. 1 on Romanian iTunes, proving his ongoing popularity even during his military service.

V’s Spotify follower count is currently at 18,564,114, making him the top K-pop soloist and ranking 101st globally, highlighting his strong musical appeal and status as a leading solo artist.
