
NewJeans is still a force to be reckoned with on the U.S. Billboard charts, thanks to their hit tracks 'Supernatural' and 'How Sweet.'
According to Billboard's latest chart update (August 3), NewJeans (Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, Hyein) has their Japanese debut single, 'Supernatural,' ranked 32nd on the Global (excluding the U.S.) chart and 62nd on the Global 200 chart. This marks its impressive fifth consecutive week on both charts.
Their Korean double single 'How Sweet' has also maintained a strong presence globally for nine weeks. The title track 'How Sweet' is sitting at 50th and 88th on the Global (excluding the U.S.) and Global 200 charts, respectively, while 'Bubble Gum' is at 148th on the Global (excluding the U.S.) chart.

Back home, NewJeans is continuing their strong performance on domestic music charts. 'Supernatural' has spent four weeks at number one on the Bugs weekly chart (covering July 22 to 28), with 'How Sweet' at fourth place and 'Bubble Gum' at eighth place.
On the Melon weekly chart, 'How Sweet' climbed to second place, and 'Supernatural' moved up to fourth. Both tracks saw a one-spot increase from the previous week. Additionally, 'Bubble Gum' secured ninth place, with all three tracks making it into the Melon Top 10.
Even though the tracks have been out for two and one month respectively, NewJeans' unique appeal remains undeniable. Their songs total ten entries in the Melon weekly chart.
In Japan, NewJeans continues to receive steady love. They have eight songs on Spotify Japan's 'Weekly Top Songs' (covering July 19 to 25) and seven songs on Apple Music Japan's 'Top 100.'
Looking ahead, NewJeans is set to perform at the halftime show of the '2024 Coupang Play Series' Munich vs. Tottenham match on August 3 at 8 p.m. at the Seoul World Cup Stadium. Fans around the globe are eagerly anticipating their energetic and unique performance.
