MrBeast, the top YouTuber with about 304 million subscribers as of July 2024, has followed BTS's V on Instagram, catching everyone's attention.

A recent post titled "Korean Celebrities Followed by MrBeast, Who Has 300 Million Subscribers" has intrigued fans.

MrBeast follows 521 accounts, mostly YouTubers, creators, and athletes. His list includes big names like Kim Kardashian, Travis Scott, Selena Gomez, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Holland, and Zac Efron, as well as Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

Among Korean stars, MrBeast follows just six people: V, actor Lee Jung Jae, and YouTube creator Kwak Tube.

In 2021, MrBeast created a real-life version of the Netflix series "Squid Game," which got about 600 million views and won him fans in Korea. Lee Jung Jae won the Best Actor in a Drama Series at the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards for his role in "Squid Game." Kwak Tube appeared on MrBeast's survival show and met him in Boston. However, V doesn’t have a direct connection with MrBeast.

V is the most-followed Korean male celebrity on Instagram, with 65.88 million followers, showing his global influence. The U.S. has the highest number of his followers, with about 10.5 million, making him the Korean celebrity with the most U.S. followers.

V was also ranked fourth among the "Most Influential Influencers in America," behind Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and Selena Gomez, marking the highest position for an Asian star.
