After years of joking, hoping, and confessing his love on TV, Park Myung Soo has finally reunited with G-Dragon — and fans are loving it!

On May 10, Park Myung Soo took to social media to make a very exciting announcement. He wrote, “On May 14, a special episode of HalMyungSoo will air. My little brother GD appears. Thank you so much GD. Please watch it live”, along with a photo of the two at the filming set.

In the picture, Park Myung Soo and G-Dragon are seen smiling happily together, standing close at the HalMyungSoo set.

G-Dragon beams with his usual charm, and Park Myung Soo’s face clearly shows just how thrilled he is to be with the superstar.

Celebrities quickly left comments showing their support and excitement. Hong Jin Kyung commented, “Oppa, your wish finally came true. Congratulations”. Actor Lee Dong Hwi reacted with a simple but funny “ㅋㅋㅋ”, while Jang Woo Hyuk sent heart emojis.

The official HalMyungSoo social media also dropped a teaser for the upcoming episode. In the clip, Park Myung Soo starts off by singing Having an Affair alone—when suddenly, G-Dragon appears! Shocked and excited, Park Myung Soo dances and sings with GD before saying emotionally, “What is this?”

The show’s team captioned the teaser with, “Finally, they meet. The one-sided love he talked about so many times on shows? GD is coming. Please don’t miss it!”

This long-awaited reunion is special for fans who remember their iconic collaboration from MBC’s Infinite Challenge during the “West Coast Highway Music Festival,” where they performed Having an Affair.

Since then, Park Myung Soo has never hidden his admiration for G-Dragon, often mentioning him on variety shows and interviews.

Back in February, G-Dragon even joked on the Yongtaro YouTube channel, “Hyung Myung Soo keeps sending love calls only through the news."
