• LE SSERAFIM's Kim Chaewon gave advice to a fan who was depressed will make you stan her for life

Kim Chaewon, the leader of LE SSERAFIM, wrote some words for a fan on Weverse. These words have moved a lot of fans on SNS and in online communities.

About a month ago, Kim Chaewon was seen responding to a fan who seemed to be dealing with depression and feelings of not being good enough.

The fan wrote in, "I am having a terrible day. I made a mistake today. I'm not happy with myself. I'm so sad that I don't even want to live anymore. So, what about you?"

Kim Chaewon replied by first sharing a quote by Steve Maraboli that said, "We all make mistakes, have struggles, and even regret things in our past. But you are not your mistakes, you are not your struggles, and you are here now with the power to shape your day and your future."

Also, the idol had written in Korean, "It's okay. You did good. Everyone makes mistakes. We learn from the things we do wrong. I make numerous mistakes. Still, we have to live. We have to live if we want to meet each other. Don't you want to know what our next album will be like? I promise it won't be a joke."

Many netizens agreed with both the fan as well as the LE SSERAFIM member's comment threads and said:

I've also been really sad and just waited for my favorite artist's next album. Even now, it hurts me to think about how that time just went by.

Yes, that kind of thing helps a lot when you're feeling down. I went through something like that, and all I could do was wait for the next season of my favorite show. After a while, I started to feel better.

I'm also interested in your next album, so I'll try to be happy so I can cheer you on when you come back.

For fans, the reason we live is to wait for the next comeback, the next episode, or the next book.

I'm still holding on too, TT.

This is sad and moves me, TT.

She thinks in a very healthy way. I like her because of that.

She is so nice and caring.

Wow, I used to be like that… I thought to myself, "I'll just live till the next comeback, until the next concert."

    What are your thoughts?

  • Yoo Jae Suk and Kim So Hyun bond over feeling uncomfortable with too much kindness

Yoo Jae Suk recently opened up about how his manager’s excessive kindness made him feel a bit uncomfortable.

On May 10, a new video was released on the Tteun Tteun YouTube channel, featuring Kim So Hyun, Park Bo Gum, Lee Sang Yi, and Yoo Jae Suk.

During the video, Kim So Hyun, born in 1999, surprised everyone with her honest and straightforward answers, showing the typical openness of the MZ generation.

Park Bo Gum described Kim So Hyun as “really honest and down-to-earth,” while Lee Sang Yi added, “She has no pretenses and is very straightforward, just like now.”

Kim So Hyun explained, “The older brothers are very thoughtful and take good care of me. But since I’ve become more independent, I’m more of the ‘I’m fine, it's okay’ type. The brothers try to take care of me, but I just move on quickly,” highlighting the difference in personalities.

Yoo Jae Suk, agreeing with her, shared, “I know what you mean,” as Kim So Hyun explained, “I’m the type to do things on my own, so I’m not used to being taken care of.”

Yoo Jae Suk then shared a personal story, saying, “That's similar to me. I also feel a little uncomfortable with being taken care of. My manager, when he first came from another company, would open doors for me. It was too much, and it felt burdensome.”

Ji Seok Jin joined the conversation, saying, “When I get out of the car, he comes to greet me and opens the door when I get in,” to which Yoo Jae Suk laughed, jokingly asking, “Was he from a big company?” Lee Sang Yi was also surprised, saying, “Isn’t that VIP treatment?”

Yoo Jae Suk’s discomfort with his manager’s kindness left fans laughing and relating to his story of feeling a bit overwhelmed by too much attention.
