    Recently, Ahn Hyo Seop participated in an interview and photoshoot for Esquire magazine. In the new series of photos, Ahn Hyo Seop looks young and stylish in Louis Vuitton's fashion designs.

    After the success of the series Dating in the Office, Ahn Hyo Seop is currently one of the most sought-after male stars in Korea.

    Sharing with Esquire magazine, Ahn Hyo Seop admitted that he is a fairly simple person who doesn't put much thought behind his actions, although this sometimes confuses those around him and said,"I'm the type to speak my mind out loud," he explains. ''If my opinion conflicts with others, I will argue with them without being offended. And of course, I don't do it with the intention of offending others. However, there are times when people say I'm complaining."

    The actor thinks that his personality is similar to the character Kang Tae Moo in the drama Dating in the Office . He said, ''I think it's for that reason that I've heard feedback about how comfortable I looked when I played that role. Although there are some lines that make me shiver a bit, partly due to the genre of the film, overall, I feel comfortable expressing those lines."

    Talking about his decision to take on the role, Ahn Hyo Seop shared that after reading the script for 3 episodes of the drama, he agreed to participate in the project: ''I wasn't even worried about whether the drama was okay or not. I knew it would be fun, so I enjoyed working on a script like that and all the actors and staff on set enjoyed it too."

    When asked about his impression of Kim Sejeong, his co-star in Office Dating , Ahn Hyo Seop said, ''She is kind and very caring. I am cheering for her both as an actress and as a person. Thanks to the lighthearted atmosphere created by Kim Sejeong and all the staff, I really had an enjoyable time."

    Ahn Hyo Seop also revealed his feeling when watching drama that she acted in. He confessed, ''It was hard for me to watch some scenes. When there were some embarrassing scenes, I rotated my tablet screen at an angle and peeked at it, so I didn't see it too clearly."

    Also in the conversation, the actor mentioned the movie Dr Romantic . For Ahn Hyo Seop, this is the most meaningful project in his acting career. The actor explained, ''Of course, every project makes sense, but while I was on The Dr Romantic, I started to feel certain that acting was the right career path for me. ".

    Ahn Hyo Seop also talked about having to use too many medical terms in Korean while filming. As someone who can speak English fluently, it is difficult for him to pronounce all the English terms using Korean pronunciation.

    He admitted with a smile, ''I have to memorize all the Korean pronunciations. There are many times when I speak English naturally so I have to do it again. I had to force myself to change my pronunciation a lot."

    In addition to famous projects, the 27-year-old actor also shared his thoughts on finding happiness: "I really don't have any desire to win awards or be recognized by others. If I try Trying to find happiness in other people's acceptance, things started to get messy. I think true happiness is what I need to find within myself."

    This follows the success of Weak Hero 1, which previously ranked #8 and stayed on the global chart for five weeks straight.

    With all eyes on the new season, fans are now rushing to read the original webtoon, leading to a massive jump in popularity.

    The webtoon, which first started in May 2018 and wrapped up in November 2023, is famous for its intense storytelling and emotional depth.

    It tells the story of Yeon Si Eun, a quiet and seemingly weak student who turns into a top fighter at a violent school—giving fans a unique and gripping coming-of-age story.

    After Weak Hero Class 2 aired, many viewers started reading or re-reading the webtoon from beginning to end. As a result, sales of the webtoon have shot up more than 20 times compared to its average monthly sales after completion.

    The series has also been turned into printed books, a mobile game, and even emojis, and has been exported to 9 countries, including North America.

    When the first season of the drama premiered on Wavve in 2022, it held 45% of the platform’s total viewing share, proving its wide appeal.
